91勛圖 Graduation Requirements
Certificate of Achievement Requirements to Graduate
The Certificate of Achievement may be granted upon the completion of a minimum of 16 semester units of course credit in a selected curriculum and satisfying the following local and district requirements under Title 5:
- A "C" (2.0) grade average or better, or a P if the course is taken on a pass-no pass basis, in all work attempted in the curriculum upon which the certificate of achievement is based.
- The CSU GE-Breadth Certificate of Achievement is exempt from this requirement.
- There is no residency requirement. A student may choose to earn a certificate from any college in the 91勛圖 regardless of home college status.
- CSU GE-Breadth and IGETC certifications will be processed without regard to the students current enrollment status or number of units accrued at the certifying college.
AA & AS Requirements to Graduate
The Associate of Arts or the Associate of Science degree may be granted upon the completion of a minimum of 60 semester units of course credit in a selected curriculum with at least 18 semester units of study in a major or area of emphasis; at least 18 semester units of study in general education; and satisfying the following local and district requirements under Title 5:
- A "C" (2.0) cumulative grade point average or better in all degree applicable coursework in the curriculum upon which the degree is based including external degree applicable coursework used to meet degree requirements. When calculating the cumulative grade point average only include external coursework if it is being applied to satisfy a degree requirement (major, general education, elective).
- Effective for all students admitted for the Fall 2009 term or any term thereafter, each course counted toward the major requirements must be completed with a grade of C or better or a P if the course is taken on a pass-no pass basis.
